Do you offer both indoor and outdoor plants?
We're currently focused on offering a carefully selected range of the best indoor plants that can transform your home environment into a hub of peace and productivity. In addition to this, we've started to introduce some plants suited to balconies, dependant on availability. We’re constantly looking for new types of plants that we can offer to you, so keep an eye out for new additions to the store.
Does the price include a pot?
For many of our products, you are able to choose whether your plant comes in the original nursery pot or one of our selected pots. Not all plants will fit with each style of pot, but we'll show you which pots are possible for each plant on the product page.
Do you provide care instructions for the plants?
Each plant has dedicated care instructions indicated on the product page, so you can keep it looking healthy and happy. For additional information, you are always welcome to contact us at hello@plantclub.io.
Which payment methods do you support?
We support payment via PayPal, credit / debit card. Apple Pay is also available when checking out via Safari as your browser.
I have a discount voucher, how do I use it?
You can enter the discount code on the checkout page before paying for your items.
Is my data protected?
Yes! All data is processed in accordance with GDPR requirements. You can read our Privacy Policy (in German) for more information.
Where does Plantclub deliver?
We currently deliver across Germany and Austria.
Unfortunately is not yet possible to receive a delivery outside of these countries.
What type of delivery do you use?
We use the courier DPD for deliveries within Germany and Austria.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes about 3 working days. Over holiday periods delivery times may be a bit longer, but we will always send you tracking information so you can follow your plant’s journey.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery costs 5€ for orders under 50€ and is free for all orders over 50€.
If you have a voucher code for free delivery, make sure that you enter it during the checkout process.
Why don’t I receive the shipping information immediately?
You will receive shipping confirmation as soon as your order has been packed by the grower. This may take about two days, or slightly longer over weekends and holidays.
What happens if I’m not at home when you deliver?
To ensure that you can be at home at the time of delivery, you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to follow your delivery’s progress. If however, you are not home at the time of your delivery, DPD notify you that your package has been left with a neighbor or at your local PaketShop.
What happens if I only received part of my order?
Due to ordering stock on demand, it is sometimes the case that we will send you the part of your order that is available and the remaining parts at a later date. If this is the case we will always inform you, however should you have any questions regarding the items in your order, please contact us at hello@plantclub.io.
What happens if I’m not happy with the plants that I ordered?
If you’re not happy with the plant that you have received, please let us know by reaching out to hello@plantclub.io including a photo of the item and we will work out a solution with you.
Please note that all return requests are only possible within 14 days after delivery.
Plants for Home Office
How can employees whose company uses our services order through Plantclub?
Depending on your company's Plantclub membership level, you are eligible to receive a discount on all of our products! Happy Shopping!
As an employee you can simply use this platform like you would any other store; just choose the products you'd like to buy and proceed to checkout. Be sure to enter your company specific discount code at the checkout.
Do you support vouchers or gifting plants?
Yes, this is something that we support and employees love. Get in touch at hello@plantclub.io and we can work out the best solution for your company's needs or event.
