PLANT CARE
Watering
- Ensure the top 2cm of soil has dried out before watering.
Light & Placement
- Bright, indirect light.
- Strelitzia can handle some direct light.
- Monstera do well in most light conditions, even low light.
Humidity
- Strelitzia enjoy a decent amount of humidity, which you can create with a humidifier or regular misting.
- Monstera prefer some humidity, but normal room humidity works just fine.
Good to know
- Give them a feed with liquid fertilizer once a month in spring and summer.
- These plants are mildly toxic if ingested by children or pets.
- Strelitzia's large leaves have adapted to split over time to allow wind to pass through, so fear not - splitting leaves are completely normal!
